Bedrooms:

We have two bedrooms, situated on the second floor and each tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable and equipped with all the little extras that we hope will make your stay memorable.

Both rooms enjoy ensuite bathrooms, bath & shower in bedroom 1 and shower in bedroom 2. Toiletries, hairdryer, hospitality tray, flat screen TV with Freeview and radio alarm clocks are available in both rooms.

Breakfast room:

At Derby House we serve locally produced food wherever possible. Breakfast is at a time to suit yourselves between 8am & 9.00am. All dishes are cooked freshly to order. If you require an earlier breakfast please ask and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

Breakfast:

Our full English breakfast is served in the breakfast room from locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. Fruit juice, cereals, tea, coffee, toast and jams are also available.
