Booking Terms & Conditions:

We are a non-smoking establishment; children over 14 years old are welcome. Unfortunately because of our own dog we are unable to accept pets.

Arrival after 4pm, please let us know in advance approximately what time you hope to arrive, and we kindly request that guests vacate their room by 11am on the day of departure.
 

Deposit:

A deposit of £25 is requested on booking. 7 days notice of cancellation is required. We accept cash or cheques.

We do have our own dog, Cassie, an 8 year old border collie who has access to most of the house; therefore Derby House would not be suitable for anyone with a severe pet allergy.

Also people with nut allergies should be aware that we do use nuts in the kitchen.
