Welcome to Derby House, our three storey, late Georgian, grade II listed period home, pleasantly situated in the beautiful south Derbyshire village of Ticknall. Being part of the National Forest and bordering the National Trust’s Calke Abbey estate, Ticknall is also within two miles of the historical towns of Melbourne and Repton.
Enjoy tea and cake on arrival after your journey, unwind and relax in our comfortable bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and enjoy a leisurely breakfast consisting of locally sourced ingredients wherever possible.
Derby House offers accommodation for up to four people, in two double rooms, and is an ideal base for exploring the beautiful Derbyshire countryside and all that the area has to offer.
We look forward to welcoming you soon for what we hope will be the first of many visits.
